The Department of Agriculture, Fisheries and Forestry is working on improving the experience of exporting agricultural goods from Australia. To do this, we need to talk to people working in export-related roles.
Who we’re looking for
We want to hear from people across all commodities and job types. We are particularly interested in hearing from you if you:
work at any point in the exporting process (from farmgate to consignments being received in importing countries)You might describe your role as producing, trading, freight forwarding, transporting… or something else entirely.
deal with the paperwork or administrative bits of exporting – these might be management, administration, data, finance, or logistics roles.
are new to exporting or interested in becoming an exporter in the next 2 years.

Our research
We are building a list of people who want to participate in our research projects (we call this our Panel). These activities will take place over the next 2 years.

If you submit your answers to the survey below, we may add you as a member of this Panel, and may contact you when we want to conduct a research project. If we contact you, we will give you more information about the specific research project, and seek your agreement to participate in it (there will be no obligation on you to do so). If you agree to participate in the research project, your details will be provided to the research team, but will only be used for that research.
You can opt out of being included on the Panel at any time, by emailing research.operations@aff.gov.au. If you opt out, we will no longer contact you with opportunities to participate in our research projects.
