We prepared a draft report assessing Malaysia’s request for market access to Australia for commercially produced fresh mangosteen fruit.
The draft report proposed that fresh mangosteen fruit from Malaysia can be imported, subject to a range of biosecurity import requirements.
We released the draft report on 25 June 2026 for public consultation, which has now closed.
