We have drafted a report assessing India and Indonesia’s requests for market access to Australia for commercially produced fresh decrowned pineapples. The draft report proposes that decrowned pineapples from India and Indonesia can be imported, subject to a range of biosecurity import requirements.

We are seeking your feedback on the risk analysis outlined in the draft report, including:

  • identified pests

  • proposed risk management measures

  • any other technical aspects of the report.

Your views will help us assess the risks and appropriate risk management measures for the import of decrowned pineapples from India and Indonesia.
