We prepared a draft report assessing India and Indonesia’s request for market access to Australia for commercially produced fresh decrowned pineapples.
The draft report proposed that decrowned pineapples from India and Indonesia can be imported, subject to a range of biosecurity import requirements.
We released the draft report on 16 July 2026 for public consultation, which has now closed.
