Nominations for the 2026 Australian Biosecurity Awards are now open.
The Australian Biosecurity Awards celebrate the individuals, groups and organisations that enhance Australia’s biosecurity system.
By nominating a biosecurity champion, you are acknowledging the strong commitment they have made to support and promote Australia’s biosecurity and the systems that underpin it.
Submit a nomination
Complete the online form to nominate an individual, group or organisation for an Australian Biosecurity Award.
Self-nominations are not permitted. If you nominate a group, you cannot be a member of that group. If you nominate an organisation, you must be from outside that organisation.

Please carefully consider the eligibility and assessment criteria before submitting a nomination.
Nominations close 5 pm (AEST) on Tuesday 16 June 2026.
