Wine Tourism and Cellar Door Grant Program

The program supports wineries and cellar door operators to attract visitors and promote agritourism. It has provided $50 million funding over the past five years.

Since the program first opened in July 2019, the operating environment has changed, and the Australian grape and wine industry is facing new and significant challenges.

This consultation is to consider whether the program is appropriately addressing current challenges and providing good outcomes for industry.

How you had your say

Feedback on our discussion paper was received through surveys and submissions until the consultation period closed at AEDT 5pm, 30 October 2023.

We will review and consider your feedback. We will use it to make a recommendation to the Australian Government on whether any changes are required to the program.
