How you had your say
We sought feedback from any interested parties about the Draft Northern Territory Assessment Bilateral Agreement.
Who engaged
Four respondents provided feedback on the Draft Agreement with comments and suggested changes. The Department will consider these responses in finalising the Agreement before Ministerial sign off of the final Agreement.
What happens next
The department will review and consider all feedback received. We will use it to inform the finalisation of the NT Assessment Bilateral Agreement and Administrative Arrangements.
We will release final Agreement as soon as possible once it has been signed off by both the Commonwealth Environment Minister and the Northern Territory Environment Minister.
