About the program

The Planting Trees for The Queen’s Jubilee Program provides up to $15.1 million of grants in 2022 to eligible groups and organisations for community-based tree planting and commemorative events. • Welcome. This online form has been provided for grant recipients of the Planting Trees for The Queen’s Jubilee Program to provide additional photos of their project commemorative events and significant tree planting events to the department. These photos will not be publicly displayed on our interactive map, but may be used by the department in its public program communications.

If you have not already created a project ‘pin’ on the interactive map for your commemorative event and added your first (and best) photo to the pin for the public to view, please complete this step first. Refer to Step 3.1 for instructions on how to do this.

You can use this form to submit your second commemorative event photo (required under your grant agreement and the program Funding Recognition Guidelines), and any others you wish to provide to the department. Photos are to be of good quality and have a file size of at least 2MB each. These photos are not publicly displayed on our interactive map. However, please ensure that you gain permission from people in your photos for them to be provided to the department as they may be displayed publicly in the program’s communication materials.

If you have not already done so, please sign in to your Have Your Say account or register in order to lodge your additional event photo(s). Please read our privacy notice before you register.

The submission form will allow up to five photos to be uploaded at a time and there is no need to submit photos already added to the interactive map. If you have more than this, you can provide additional submissions. If you have photos for more than one event, please complete a separate submission for each event.

Ensure that you have your grant agreement, event details, and photo files on hand to assist with completing your submission. Submission of photos will close at 5 pm (AEDT) on 30 November 2023 (unless extended).
