    Welcome to the Skype for Business survey

    Skype for Business provides a broad range of collaboration features than can be used in the office or remotely. It allows departmental staff and external stakeholders to participate in audio/video conferences where all parties can share content.  Internal users can see real-time presence information of other staff members and exchange real time instant messages. Skype for Business is also compatible with audio/video conferencing solutions at various sites for small and large collaboration groups.  Webinar functions are also available through Skype including Q&A, Polling and interactive Whiteboard.     Welcome to the Skype for Business survey

    The department will be introducing an Acceptable use policy in December 2019.

    The policy supports the Information Security Management Framework and outlines what is considered to be acceptable use of the department’s information and communications technology services.

    We want your feedback to make sure the policy is clear and easy to understand.

    Your views will be used to improve the clarity of the document, shape supporting resources and tailor communication so staff can understand their obligations with in the policy.
