The Future Leaders Program seeks to develop high-potential EL2 officers to ensure they are well placed with the vision and capability to lead the work of the department in the future.

The future of work will look different than it does today, and capable officers will need to scan the horizon, adapt for the future, collaborate and work across systems, and mobilise to deliver outcomes.

This page is used to conduct feedback surveys for the Future Leaders Program.

    We are conducting a six month review for participants on the department’s 2019 Future Leaders Program. 

    You have been nominated to complete a short questionnaire to help the Executive understand more about the potential that each participant has to succeed in more senior (or more complex) roles. 

    Please note that you may have been requested to complete a questionnaire for more than one of the participants on the program and you will be able to make multiple survey submissions should you need to. 

    In selecting a rating, this should be based on the frequency that the following behaviours are demonstrated
