    Hi Everyone,

Thanks so much for participating in this quick survey. As we have discussed, we were keen to understand the Census results on retention a bit further and really appreciate you filling this out so we can identify next steps. The results are anonymous to ensure we have a clear sense of reasons and timing – so we can take action that actually addresses the issues.

  • CLOSED: This survey has concluded.

    Welcome.

You are invited to provide input on your priorities for the Better Practice Conditions Library.

With the support of executive staff, the Condition Writing Project will be developing a new condition writing process to produce higher quality conditions that deliver good environmental and regulatory outcomes.

A component of this new process is the development of a Better Practice Conditions Library. The library will provide departmental officers with access to conditions that are of high quality, error-free, in line with departmental policy and guidance and have been checked for legal robustness and enforceability. This will give the officer the confidence that they can search for an appropriate condition within the library and drop it directly into their condition set.

The library is a tool that will continue to grow over time. The conditions within it will be continuously reviewed and updated to ensure they remain better practice.

Submissions close COB on 21 March 2022

What training would you like for our supervisors? What makes a great supervisor/manager? What ideas do you have to improve collaboration across the division?

Theme 2 – Better managing workload and staff burnout and promoting innovation and risk taking
What can we do to help you manage workload, reduce burnout and foster innovation?

Theme 3 – Tools and resources to do our job
What issues are you having with IT and systems?

Theme 4 –  Change management, communication and health and wellbeing
How can we improve communication in the division? How can we better support health and wellbeing?

A copy of the survey will be shared with EL2s in the division for sections who want to discuss issues as a group, and provide input together.
