How you had your say

We sought feedback from:

  • ASEL users
  • stakeholders whose work relates to the export of livestock from Australia
  • other interested parties.

We considered all submissions when finalising the relevant guidelines.

Outcome

ASEL 3.0 and the updated Approved Arrangement guidelines are now available on our website.

ASEL 3.0 will come into effect for all consignments exported on or after 1 November 2020.

ASEL 2.3 will continue to apply for all consignments exported on or before 31 October 2020.

Find out more about transitioning to ASEL 3.0.
