How will the standards be written such that those with less tech experience can ensure they share the right data with the right people and not put their privacy at risk (e.g. farmers)

yes, I think a set of minimum stds must be mandatory for participation in a trial, similar to earlier questions. Also privacy and cybersecuirty standards should be enforced.
